I´ve designed this one to carry on something with me, sometimes :) and for training with designing hinges, printed in place :)
Single one was printed with 0.4 nozzle, double boy (which was only merged together in slicer) was printed with 0.25n.
You may need to carefully help hinges to move with knife, but after that, there should be no problems :) It depends on how precisely is your printer done :)
