Easy print, make sure you orient it on the flat side so no supports are needed.
Generally made for the Olfa L5-AL, but could be used with any Olfa knife (probably) and many others. If you're not sure, the hole width is 4.2 mm and the height 7 mm.
Can also be used just as a hook for the Skadis wall, fits and grips perfectly.
