This is a model of the syringe adapter used by “Stem inventions” in the video Young Engineers: Pneumatic Machine - Build a DIY Air Pressure Powered STEM Project for Kids
I was only looking for the adapter but couldn't find it anywhere without buying the entire set so I designed one similar to the adapter in the video.
