Note that this model is a really tight fit. You have to put the collar through first, then wedge the Chipolo in like installing a recalcitrant shelf in a cabinet. See photos.
- Tilt the Chipolo and press through the ring from the side away from the collar.
- Press the lip of the ring over side of the Chipolo that is furthest from the collar, so ring and Chipolo are roughly parallel.
- Then force the Chipolo flush into the ring.
- Good luck getting the collar on the cat.
I printed this in PLA on a Mk3S+ with a 0.8 mm nozzle, 0.30 mm layers, 100% infill, no supports. Trying to insert the tracker in any other way will probably break the model. If you remove the tracker, I recommend making a new holder instead of reusing it, as it will probably weaken from the strain.
