Mount for installing a cytec rear light under the saddle.
It is attached on the two rails of the saddle.
Useful if you use a vario seatpost on a mtb, or for a brompton folding bike.
Dimensions of the rails:

If you are careful or paranoid to loose it: The thing has a smal slot for saving it with a cable tie.
