Mini diamond sharpener with two 80 or 100 mm diameter discs on both sides.
Don't forget to change the guard for the installed disc. D8 x 200 mm shaft.

I glue the 110C 16A thermostat KSD9700 to the motor with hot glue - silicone rubber 704. Provide protection against overheating.

remark:

1. When installing the felt disc, vibration may occur. https://aliexpress.ru/item/32919440039.html?spm=a2g2w.orderdetail.0.0.340f4aa6d8p9v7&sku_id=65982727518

To install the polishing disc more accurately, you need to hold the machine with your hand. A speed controller and a 4.5V-35V DC module are required. The speed controller is connected to an external power supply.

2. Diamond wheels - inner hole 20 mm.

To eliminate the vibration of the discs, it is necessary to grind the flange shaft.

The inner hole in the diamond discs is 20 mm. The outer diameter of the flange is 20.2 mm. The flange is installed on the shaft, and when it is rotated, the excess plastic is removed using a utility knife blade. This eliminates the play in the diameter of the sleeve.

After these steps, I was able to achieve an acceptable result.

Most of the parts are made of PETG. 100mm diamond wheels have a lot of weight and inertia. To increase the strength, the wheels and nuts are made of ABS GF. I used a 0.4 nozzle for PETG and a 0.6 nozzle for ABS GF

V4 and V5 flanges have the same thread and are interchangeable.
