Features: smooth layerlines along direction of insertion = STRONG and SMOOTH. Designed specifically with NO SUPPORTS, NO crazy overhangs.
The “roof” of mag body is chamfered and recessed; meaning bad bridging performance does not affect functionality.

available as a small 4-dart and 10-dart version. Simply cut the spring to length in the slicer or irl. Spring needs to be PETG and 25-50% longer than actual mag. Please post your results in the makes.
Printing: Everything except the spring can be printed in PLA. Designed with the thinnest walls being 1,3mm wide (=2 extrusions for a 0,6mm nozzle or 3 for 0,4mm).
In PETG everything can be printed in one go.

I recommend printing everything except the spring in PLA or ASA, then the spring in PETG.
Spring has to be PETG. Spring has "04mm","06mm" and "09mm" variations for an extrusion width of 0.45mm, 0.65mm and 2x0.45mm=0.9mm respectively.
The length of the spring is dependent on the material used, therefore i highly recommend printing the largest spring out of my collection that you can fit (cut to fit in slicer) or Nick_Furry's big spring and cutting the excess off. In my experience the spring ‘settles’ after a few cycles so I recommend going a bit long at first.
Incidentally the spring also fits the Geckos printed angled talon mag just fine.
CREDIT: inspired by t4obrians vertically printed talon magazine in combination with Nick_Furry's printed spring. I wanted it to print fast, with a 0.6 nozzle, without supports, no postprocessing, minimal or no hardware and flat (layer lines running along long side of the mag) for minimal friction
