Should fit on a typical print bed at full scale and not need any supports or additional adhesion. I used bright pink Overture 95A TPU which made this disc virtually indestructible but super flexible. Very little fade but also low speed and low glide. This is my first attempt at printing a disc and is part of my first roll of TPU so am still dialing in overhangs (hence the intentional flat flight plate, no overhangs, etc).
Recommend printing slowly with the top of the flight plate flat on the print bed and with high perimeter count and/or concentric infill to provide added strength and help prevent splits if you impact trees.
Approx weight 165-168g. You may need to adjust infill due to variations in density of material used, especially brand to brand variation and flexibility ratings of TPU.
For screenshot from PrusaSlicer with an amazon basics TPU that has a different density than what I used. Calibrate to your filament first then adjust infill to your desired weight. For that weight, approximate settings are:
Perimeters: 5
Solid Layers: 2 (top and bottom)
Infill 60%
.2MM
Obviously not PDGA certified/legal, but a fun mix of my hobbies.
