This trophy consists of the following parts:
- Shuttle
- Base
- Front- and back-plate
The front- and back-plate are the same size.
I used the back-plate to put the club-name and the year on it.
Feel free to modify everything for your needs.
Assembly
The parts can be printed individually and glued together.
I used hot glue and it worked great.
There is a tolerance of 0.2mm, so no force should be needed to put the things together.
Print Settings
Everything printed with PLA in different colors.
I used the Prusa Slicer to define a color change for the different layers. No MMU3 needed - just exchange the filament when asked by the printer.
The print settings were as follows:
Base:
Nozzle: 0,4
Infill: 15%
Profile: 0,2mm Structural
supports everywhere (for the pockets to assemble the plates later on) / might also work without supports. I used a small screwdriver to remove the supports.
Shuttle:
Nozzle: 0,4
Infill: 15%
Profile: 0,15mm Structural
no supports
Plates:
Nozzle: 0,4
Infill: 15%
Profile: 0,2mm Structural
no supports
