The vacuum table of my S103 uses a very expensive sinterplate to hold the pcb down. This is a replacement.

The sinterplate of LPKF is an expensive consumable. It holds the pcb down on the vacuum table of the S103 ea. I made tiles to replace the plate. Print them in pla. At first I was afraid the pla would get stuck on the tool, this does not happen however. When You drill or cut the tiles get used up. But they are easy and cheap to replace. When you have a pcb that has been used in other projects and has holes in it, print closed tiles so you can close the open area's and keep a high vacuum.

The tiles use a gyroid infill at 15% and 0 top and bottom shell layers at 0.12mm layer height. The long edges use normal settings at 0.12mm layer height. I used a Bambu X1C to make them.

The cover photo: half of the vacuum plate is closed, ready for processing a small pcb. Seccond photo: After processing a pcb the tiles need to be replaced.

I now also added the stl files in case the 3mf files do not work for you.

I add the OpenScad model so you can make your own configuration
