I liked Einstakur's model but I have an iPhone13 pro and not a max. Scaling did not work as it messed up the pin spacing. So I traced his mesh into F360 and made a new parameterized model and proceeded to make 2 models to fit my personal iPhone and my dad's.
The “Larger" STL was sized to fit my father's iPhone 13 pro with this case where it fit nicely while still allowing easy 1-handed removal:
That STL was too loose for my phone case, so the “Smaller” STL is sized to fit with this slightly thinner case: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BTMCGBC
Recommend printing on the end with supports. I printed using Inland ABS, 15% gyroid infill, 3 perimeters, tree supports, and brim.
If anybody needs a small dimension tweak, post a comment and I will see what I can do.
The fusion file is attached if you need to tweak the size - most settings are in the user parameters. Likely many other phones can fit with some parameter tweaks. Parameters as follows:
- User Parameters for “Larger”
- PhoneT = 12mm (thickness of phone slot)
- PhoneW = 152.75mm (width of phone slot)
- OverallW = 165mm (overall part width)
- NotchD = 5mm (depth of front notch)
- User Parameters for “Smaller”
- PhoneT = 11.5mm (thickness of phone slot)
- PhoneW = 152.75mm (width of phone slot)
- OverallW = 165mm (overall part width)
- NotchD = 5mm
