Scaled down the original model to 40% to match the size of my other Darth Vader.
Couldn't get the sword right, and really wanted it another color, so I broke the sword, drilled a 2 mm hole, about 4 mm deep, and inserted the red sword.
I recommend printing the sword 100% infill so you can sand and file the shape as needed. You can print a few swords in different colors and replace the swords as you wish.
I tried to cut the sword in Fusion 360, but the software couldn't handle the process.
