Box to hold electronics for a “leaping arch” holiday yard decoration. Based on the zx82net box, I've added a “post” over which 1-inch PEX tubing slides. The model also includes the “tail” end for the other end of the tube. The PEX fits a little loosely, but I sealed it with some silicone caulk to help keep water out and the ends secure.

The box is big enough to fit a 5v power supply and a small microcontroller, such as an ESP8266 or ESP32. In my setup, I use RGB pixel LEDs which I drive off an ESP32. I added some foam padding to keep things from rattling around inside the box.

My modified version also adds a hole that fits a standard cable gland. I run the power cord through the gland.

Print in PETG or another durable filament. You'll need the cams, clips, and hinges from the original model.
