I recommend bed temperature 50-60°C and nozzle temperature 200°C. Print speed depends on your printer and filament. Me personally i went for 60mm/s printing speed but i tested and even 100mm/s works perfectly fine. don't think about the main printer category that's just the printer i used. doesn't need supports but they're optional.
