Printing
0.15 mm layer height, 0.97 flow rate. Print slower (90 mm/s works fine), cooler (PLA 205° C) with lots of cooling.
Postproduction
Use sharp knife or spatula to separate individual layers of spring apart. Be careful not to cut yourself. Glue in eyes, nose, mouth and hat.
Note on the filament
If you have trouble separating layers apart, please try different filament. The one in the pictures need to be separate using knife, but I have different PLA and this can be break free with bare hands only.
