The front wheels on a PlasmaCar are stationary by design but over time they may get damaged & ground down. We got a hand-me-down PlasmaCar with flats on both wheels so I designed some replacements. I used TPU for the toughness and functional durability, not sure if PETG or PLA would work in this application.
Printed in Overture TPU @ 0.3mm layer, 4 perimeters, 15% honeycomb infill, support on the inside of the wheel face.
