It is designed to be printed in TPU or flexible filament for easy removal. It may also work with PLA or PETG, although I haven't tested that.
The surface won't be perfect, like with a silicone mold, but it can be improved with some sanding. In my experience, it tends to have a snow-like texture, which actually looks quite neat.
