We use several Nesco FD-75 dehydrators to dry vegetables, fruit, and herbs that we grow in our gardens (not yet for filament). During the pandemic, we bought additional dehydrators but Nesco changed the tray design and removed the center ring. The center ring prevents items from falling to bottom of the dehydrator. The new trays, without this ring, are frustrating to move while in use since foods will inevitably get dislodged and fall through the center. I did find a plate cover on another site but nothing to match the original tray style.

This simple model needs to be glued into the tray or you can modify the model to increase the diameter slightly to create a friction fit. Obviously PETG would be a good choice depending on how hot you run your dehydrator.
