This uses the wide PTFE that came with my Mk4 to make a quiet guide for mounting filament inside the lack enclosure. The guide in this position ensures filament comes directly off the spool without rubbing the side of the spool: especially important for cardboard spools. PTFE in the guide keeps noise down, preventing squeaks and groans as filament is pulled through.
You will need the original filament guide's PTFE tube, 3mm screw, and nut. You will also need something to mount it with: I used a small self-tapping wood screw.
Print on its back with no supports, as in the STL. I used PLA. This is not a load-bearing or heat-bearing part, so use whatever material you like best!
I use this with a spool holder screwed into the ceiling: https://www.printables.com/model/517341-spool-holder-for-wall-or-ceiling (photo shows an older model I stopped using)
