The cardholder is designed with card dimensions of 86x54mm.
Scale the model accordingly
The holes on the top are universal, accommodating clips, rings, straps, etc.
As someone who needs to take out their card frequently, I came up with this design that allows ease of use. The card should slide in with a click and the hole at the bottom allows the card to be taken out easily.

Added a v2 with a different design and looser tolerance.
Added a v2 blank step file for making your own patterns.
