After finding a suitable spring to use, you will also need to find a short and fat wood screw to cap the end of the hole- there is no way to retain the BBs in the top, so you essentially have converted your ak to load SKS-style, but from the bottom of the mag.
Version 2 ought to include a BB catch and a proper spring door, plus a more streamlined double-stack setup for that extra half dozen bbs.
