Added the solidworks file in case anyone needs to modify to fit their needs.
Requires Assembly
Step 1: Mount Bracket to wall.
Step 2: Hold spacer, apply glue to rod, insert rod through bracket and thru spacer.
Step 3: insert handle (no glue, it should rotate freely
Step 4: Glue Endcap to prevent handle from falling off.
