This is a chock for the casters/wheels of a Steelcase Leap office chair.

V1 was a chock that allowed the wheel's weight to rest on the floor. Without the weight on the chock itself, the friction between the chock and the floor wasn't enough.

V2 chock fully supported my 180lbs, but cracked under stress testing (me jumping on and rocking and sitting hard into the chair).

V3 solves the crack issue and also improves print time by using infill exactly where it's needed (see slicer picture or .3mf).

I printed 5 for each of the casters, and used super glue (cyanoacrylate) to bond some cut-to-size rubber sheet to the bottom. This has worked great for my the plastic carpet protector I have under my chair. If you're going to use these on carpeting exclusively, you might be able to get away with exposing the infill on the bottom rather than having it flat so that the carpet digs into the infill. The rubber will work either way, though.

The .3mf is important (SEE PHOTO) because it has the exact infill modifiers I used to minimize print time and get enough strength to support 200lbs on a single wheel. The Steelcase Leap has 5 casters, so this should support up to 1000lbs with all five used.

I've also included the raw .stl and .stp files if anyone wants to tweak or remix.
