Inspired by concealed hinged used in woodworking for installation of doors, this is a simplified version.
Currently I am making a DIY enclosure for 3d printer and wanted to take different route for hinges, to make something different, unique and specially because I want to complicate things for my build :D
Hinge allows opening up to 180°
Hinge is modeled in Fusion360, and is a parametric model, where you can change height of the hinge and change the pin sizes. Made test print out of PETG and for pins I used pieces of 1,75mm filament.
You can adjust/edit outer housing of hinge to fit your use or design your own. Space needed for inserting the hinge itself in casing is 23mm in depth, 19 mm + tolerances in width and 26 mm+ tolerances for height (this is for case where revolving part is 20 mm in height, adjust accordingly)
If people will want, I might upload the whole project after its done (as of time of writing I am waiting for some materials)
