2026-02-16 - I updated the base to be easier to print and easier to use. I tried a few different designs before settling on the "X" shaped slots for each block. Blocks have not been updated, only the base. I printed this base at 100% and the blocks fit well from my Prusa Mini.
I printed with 0.2 layer height, no supports needed and they were within a few hundredths of a millimeter of the correct size with my calipers.

I printed these on a Prusa Mini with PLA and measured with digital calipers. Accuracy was +- 1/128th inch measured with calipers. I found this to be close enough for my woodworking projects.
I printed the base at 101% size which was a good amount of clearance to click the blocks into the base for storage when I printed.
I filled in the info on each block with a fine point marker.
