I'm trying to make a plastic yoyo that still has good spintime despite being lightweight.

Diameter 58mm
Width 50mm
Weight 59.5gr

The gap can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the bearing seat. And if the seat is damaged due to overtightening, just replace it, the yoyo body can still be used.

I recommend printing in PLA, at 100% infill.
I designed this yoyo to use flanged m4 hex nuts, regular M4 hex nuts won't work.
You also need a 20mm M4 screw for the axle and C Size yoyo bearing.
For the response system I use the Auldey Blazing Teens pad, you can also replace it with silicone or shaved 3x14mm orings if you can't find them.
