20250126: Added Fusion project files and step-model of the hook. For easier manipulation and editing.
I was thinking that I could probably buy a replacement, but I would need to order that. Where i l live, in Sweden, that would take at least 2-3 days to get it and I needed it ASAP.
To get the problem solved as fast as possible, I grabbed my calipers and opened Fusion 360 and just started to model a replacement as close to the original as possible. 3 hours after I started, I had 2 new hooks freshly printed on the bed of my Prusa MK4.
Print settings:
I would recommend increasing the wall thickness. Print it in the position its oriented. Use support and enable brim to make sure it sticks. Or just use the .3mf file attached that has the settings I used.
