Make the loop from 6mm bungee cord, and secure with a cable tie, as seen in the photos. Cut the bungee to length to suit the size of your bundle.
These can be used for securing your hoses, sullage pipes or power cords when travelling in your caravan/RV, or for storage in your shed.
Update: I've added a second version, which has a slightly larger ball, includes a recess for the bungee so that it more concealed, and increased the size of the flat base to make it more secure.
