I designed this adaptor to fit a 10w laser module from China onto an Atomstack Z Screw Slider. Screw spacing is 16mm x 40mm for the laser part and 24mm x 38.5 for the part that attaches to the Atomstack Z Height Adjuster. I used M3 screws to attach directly to the laser, and M5 screws to screw through the Z adjuster and threaded into the print. Everything holds very securely with no play or wobble.
