Mini shelf for the bathroom.
They are designed to accommodate 3-4mm thick acrylic glass, width is 10 cm and length between 20 and 30 with 2 shelf holders.
But you could also use 3, for example, which means that you can safely reach lengths over 50 cm without 3 mm thick acrylic bending, with the intended 4 mm acrylic, nothing should move. In the pictures the length is 25 cm.
Wait what? But I want to print all of it! ok ok I added a shelf to the shelf to print the hole shelf. So you can also now make it as narrow or wide as you want.
I made 2 versions, one with suction cups and one for double-sided tape. There are m4 and m5 versions of the suction cups, so I made both for you.
To be honest, if you wanted the shelves as permanent solution use the double-sided adhesive tape, the suction cup version is good for in between.
Print:
- made for 0.2 Layer H. , 0.4 nozzle and PETG
- i recommend 25% plus gyroid infill
- 2 Walls for the suction cup version in enough
- 3 Walls for the double-sided adhesive tape Version
- printed on the side with no support, so happy printing!
So how much do they hold before they fly off the Wall?
the weak point here is not the print-design, it is the tape or the suction cup
- double-sided tape Version, it depends on the tape und on your layer adhesion for the walls. On Average, I would say 2 kg for continuous use, for a short time also 4 kg.
- suction cup version I would say 1 kg for continuous use, but I only got 1 type of suction cup to test, tell me in the comments how great your suction is!
