If you have a wobbly Etagère, this set of parametric special washers will rectify that problem and provide some additional stability. Mine came with standard washers, which didn't have enough traction to properly hold things in place.
All relevant parameters are adjustable. For the threads and axle holes, I'd suggest to add a little extra tolerance and make them slightly wider, because some precision is lost through slicing (quantization). If you slice this with 0.2mm precision, add some 0.1 to 0.2mm extra diameter to the thread and Axle diameters.
The model can produce a washer for the bottom plate and a washer with stabilizing cone for the upper plates. Enable or disable below parameters as desired.
Parameters
n_support_plates Amount of support plates to create
show_bottom_plate Boolean to enable/disable the bottom plate
thread_dia Diameter of the thread towards upper layers
axle_dia Diameter of the downward facing Axle
plate_d Diameter of the support plate
plate_w Thickness of the plate
scone support cone parameters [lower end width, upper end width, height]. The support cone provides additional horizontal stability. Adjust the height for even more stability, but mind that the part may become visible if it's too high. Widths are added to the Axle's width - e.g. if your axle diameter is 8mm and you set scone[0] to 2, the cone will have a diameter of 8mm+2*2mm = 12mm overall.
sdims Screw head parameters for the bottom. The format is [top head diameter, thread diameter, head height]s_add additional space for the screw head to fully "sink" into the bottom platebplate_w and bplate_d Width and diameter of the bottom plate
