Bun Stamp in different shapes

Bun stamp in the shapes of kaiser, kaiser with hole, cross, spiral, ball and snowflake. The stamps are used to press in the dough to create a typical pattern when baking the bun. I fixed the handle on the stamp with a few drops of super glue.

Create a ball of dough weighing approx. 70g. Press the floured stamp down to about 5 mm rest of dough. Flour the dough and let it rise on the stamped side. Then place the buns with the stamped side up on a baking sheet. Spray with water and put in the oven.

Brötchenstempel in den Formen Kaiser, Kaiser mit Loch, Kreuz, Schnecke,Ball und Schneeflocke. Die Stempel werden zum Eindrücken des Teigs um ein typisches Muster beim Backen auf dem Brötchen zu erzeugen. Den Griff habe ich mit einigen Tropfen Superkleber auf dem Stempel fixiert.

Eine Teigkugel mit ca 70g Gewicht erzeugen. Den bemehlten Stempel bis auf ca. 5 mm Teigrest eindrücken. Teig bemehlen und auf der gestempelte Seite gehen lassen. Dann die Brötchen mit der gestempelten Seite nach oben auf ein Backblech setzen. Mit Wasser einsprühen und in den Ofen schieben.
