Summary
It is a unique rack that can be combined each other. They are just the right size for personal items and are designed for easy placement on top of the towel rail attached on the wall.
You can customize it vertically, printing only what you need.
Build info.
- Suitable for placing objects up to 68mm height and 80mm width. (Just right for placing hair wax, etc.)
- The rack has several split threads. The racks are fixed with screws by tightening the nuts at two points on the front(M10) and one on the back(M15) while the racks are stacked vertically on top of each other.
- Therefore, printing two M10 nuts and one M15 nut are needed to joint two racks.
- I printed by 0.6mm nozzle. Of course, you can use 0.4mm nozzle.
- It is strongly recommended that the layers of the threaded part be as thin as 0.2 mm.
- Setting variable layer height is good solution to decrease printing time.
- I uploaded the bgcode file in which the variable layer height is set.
- To prevent warp, it is recommended that put help disks or brim.
- Further, you can enjoy various infill patterns by placing modifier on the bottom and removing solid layers.
