Simple version of MM720 mouse wheel (because mine broke off the "tip", the crank that fits the encoder).
This version does not account for the LED on the top. For now, I just tucked it away below the middle part of the chassis. May attempt a v2 with “hollow” wheel.
Printed in two parts for cleaner print (no supports). Make sure to orient them on the base (wheel flat, rod vertical). Use 0.18mm or lower to keep fidelity (important for end tip on rod and middle gap on wheel)
Joined together by “force”. If print is accurate enough, let material cool off and apply some force on the wheel on a flat hard surface, pushing down against the rod. Wheel should be positioned around the middle of the thicker rod part (so it stays on the middle of the mouse). Use .blend for reference.
Used the original rubber cover on it, works great!
Printed on standard PLA.
