Cube Matrix Crystal

"Cube Matrix Crystal," printed in PLA, features an intricate design of cubes and triangles. If it were printed in clear PLA and mounted on a lighted base, it would create a captivating interplay of light and shadow, highlighting the geometric precision of the sculpture. The strength of this model is astounding. With the triangles reinforcing the structure, it can withstand a much higher load than normal PLA prints. PETG might not be very suitable as it has a tendency to not handle lower angles. This model can be used for display or as part of a cool-looking stand for something. Let your imagination go wild.

Printing

I printed my model at 45 degrees on both axles and provided organic support for the three main outside tubes and for the 4 inside tubes at a low angle. I thing this provides the bes print for a FDM printer. For resin printers, use you best judgement. 
 

Filament - PLA

Infill - 15%,  you may be able to get away with 0% infill, but I have not tried it yet. I may pront in clear PLA and test it. I'll update here if it works. 

Layer Height - .15mm is a good compromise on speed and quality. 

Supports - See my comments above about supports.

Parimeters - 2-3 

Additional Parts - None

Bed Adhesion - You may want some glue stick to ensure good bed adhesion. 

Rafts - None

Scaling - Yes, sure go fir it!

Filament Change - None
