This is a remix of AeroKoi's thingiverse model. It is 154% larger to accommodate (in my opinion) more common 608 bearings. I printed most parts (other than the wheels and base) with 0.12mm layer height, 100% infill.

Required hardware: 3x 608 bearings

Tools I used: Sanding Files, Superglue, pliers to remove support, 9/64th drill bit to bore holes in case of tight fit or use files.

Printed with a Bambu Labs X1C, P1P and A1 mini.

For my assembly:

Super glue is a must. This is a permanent assembly.

Some components will require sanding to ensure a loose fit. Making sure every part moves freely is critical to ensuring smooth operation. The larger model files make that easier than the original design in this regard.

The washers are not labeled in the image, so you have to use some deductive reasoning to what washer goes where, it's fairly straight forward however from the names of the washer models.

(Also, sorry for the stl.stl)
