The holder has a hole in the middle and angular surface so that water will not stay inside. You can also see 2 places on the sides to put something more than just shampoo (like washcloth).
The holder requires additional support to print the holes on the main part, about infill - if you don't plan to put anything heavy then you can put around 15-20% , although I chose triangular infill for this model for more strength. For more rigidity I'd suggest you increase the amount of walls instead of increasing the amount of infill.
//Edited: in files you can see 2 variants of the second part of the construction - one of them ended up being extremely tight for me so I had to sand afterwards, the other one slides in easily (new_part2)
