I've printed it in PLA, 10% infill, no supports, adaptive layers and brim. Took 10:40 for tube and 4:50 for the cap on Ender S1 (probably requires some more tuning in design…)
In first run I wanted cap to also have cutouts but due to additional thread offset it was always misaligned.
Ps. You should put 8mm of soft foam in lower part of tube to cushion whole thing (no glue required)
Ps2. In future might be good idea to put some storage space for cable inside cap.
Ps3 if someone will be interested in further evolution of the project I'm happy to release fusion files. But they are messy ;)
