i didnt like how a lot of other models just “pops” the airtag into place, so i made one that secures it 100% with threads, it cannot fall out. i also made it as minimal as possible without a large bump for the keyring hole. once the cap screws on, its not really meant to come off (even though you can get it back out if you try), so i made it possible to change the battery without taking it out of the case.
settings i use:
- layer height: 0.12
- wall line count: 4
- printing temp: 215
- flow: 95%
- slicing tolerance: exclusive
