Hi there! This is my take on a 3-model squad base for 90mm oval base miniatures. I designed this specifically for use with my Blood Angels assault bike troopers, but it could obviously be used with anything on a GW 90mm oval. I haven't tested it with other vendors, FYI.
I have included several photos of my builds (using my Prusa Mini with Galaxy Black Prusament PLA), the SolidWorks 2022 native model, as well as an STL.
The bases are lightweight, use as little material as possible while still being rigid, and can easily fit into your hobby case. Enjoy!
