I have Glaucoma and ADHD. I take two types of eyedrops, twice a day, at different times to each other. It's a nightmare to remember whether I've taken them and which one I took last so I created this holder/organiser which has greatly simplified it for me.
Each morning I move both of the 25mm/1" bottles to the START location, then as I use each I move them to the next step - AM or PM. At the end of the day both are in the PM slots, ready to be moved back the next morning. I think of the slots as ‘AM dose done’ and ‘PM dose done’
As Glaucoma sometimes affects my vision I made the markings very clear to read and raised up. It's easy to print it dual coloured by swapping the filament just before the lettering starts.
