Just a pretty simple bookmark I made up.
Be careful when you are placing the bookmark on the page. If you push it too far onto the page, you will indent the page with the outline of the finger and could potentially tear the page. In my experience, the second image shows how far I would personally put the bookmark on the page.
It's small so the way it is designed I would reccomend using 0.2mm layer height.
I printed mine on a Prusa MK4 in PETG on the 0.20mm SPEED setting.
