A lazy Susan bearing in different sizes. For ball bearings, I used 6mm plastic ball bearings ("BB gun" ammo).

You'll need some 6mm BB gun ammo.  (The ones I used had a real diameter of 5.9mm, measured with calipers.)

If you want to check that your BBs will work with this print, you can print the top and bottom sections from the “Test prints” folder.  The BBs should move freely in the track of the “bottom" piece but they should be captured by the rim and not fall out.

The full-size 200mm “Complete bearing” is a large print; to fit it on the bed of my MK3s I had to disable the skirt.

There's a smaller version in the “Complete bearing 140mm” folder.  That should fit on the mini.

I've included the FreeCAD (v0.19) source file if you want to tweak anything.  The model is parametric; after opening it, you can edit the values in the spreadsheet named “P” to change the diameter of the bearing and the BBs.

I recommend adding silicone grease to the race of the bearing along with the BBs, that makes it slide nice and smooth.

Hat tip to lwr20 for the idea of using BB gun ammo for bearings
