I needed to re-organize my reamer box, so why not applying gridfinity system?

Took dimensions of all my reamers, added per diameter 0.5mm for making holes. This turned out fine. Used a 2x2 gridfinity box of h16. Filled the four base plates with solid plates, I don't like the four holes each. Filled the gridfinity bin completely solid. Cut out the holes for the reamers.

Brought in four levels total, so I have some steps for similar large reamers. Tried to get them all on approx. same height per level. For readability of the plaqes and for stability purposes I tilted each row of reamers a bit to optimize the center point of gravity.

Made four plaques, one for each level and indicated the appropriate diameters of the reamers. Those plaques consist of 3 stl-files: base plate (black), first two layers (2x0.2mm) text in color (orange), next two layers (2x0.2mm) in same text, but another color (white), which results in total 4x0.2mm text. The second color (white) has to bring more brillance (light) into the print.

Designed in TinkerCad.

Plaques printed with my Prusa MK3S+ with MMU2s. Buildplate satin-texture (org. Prusa) in PLA, with a hair of 3DLac. Print this with text facing down to your buildplate. Pay extreme attention on the fist layer, priunt slow (50-60% of first layer speed), print not too hot, use totally dry filament. I printed letters first. Printed slowly, result is excellent, agree?

Bin printed in PLA on my Prusa MK4 with "IS Structural" - settings. For better grip (handling) I played with fuzzy skin (circle) on the two sides. Not too bad!

After the prints I used UHU to glue the perfectly fitting plaques into their cavity.
