I wanted a lightweight way to keep some cables organized in my Aer Travel Pack 3 Small. The front pocket is convenient but has no other internal management features so I designed this panel to hold all the cables in place to avoid tangles. The small cutouts between the large holes are meant for cable ties to prevent them from sliding up and down and possibly off the cables, though the large holes can also be used to secure cables if needed.
Printing tips
There are two versions, one with and without a slight fillet around the edge. Both will fit on a Prusa Mini bed and in the front pocket of the Travel Pack 3, and possibly other bags as well. The fillet was more of an experiment than anything else, I didn't find it all that useful. No special settings or requirements.
The print can be scaled in the z axis to make it more or less flexible. I printed the final version at 1.6 mm height to increase the stiffness since I have some bulky cables, but thinner versions save weight.
