I created this print to blackout the windows in my kids bedroom while still allowing them to be opened for light and ventilation in the day time. I previously used the large black sucker blinds which kept falling down and made it awkward to open the windows.
These frames should be measured to fit over the visible window pane only, so they move with the windows when opened.
Additional parts required:
For each blind you will need to print:
- 4 sucker joins
- 4 3-way joins
- 1 4-way join
I used a hot glue gun to secure the rods in the joins and stick the blackout material over the frame.
