Wanted some covers for the 4040extrusion channels, but most of the designs I found had to be slid in, which would mean removing bits. So, I designed these to be a push in fit.
Supplied model is 100mm long, so you can scale as required. My Ender 3 Pro needed 135mm inserts for the front channels as shown in the photos.
Print as supplied without supports. Brim may be needed if your bed adhesion isn't brilliant.
