3mm sandwich case for the Sofle Pico keyboard. These are the same dimensions used in the acrylic cases, because acrylic is recommended for the OLED cover.
UPDATE: Added an optional “monoblock” case cover to hide the sandwich plates. The monoblock cover is friction fit, and snaps over either these sandwich plates, or 3mm acrylic plates.
The key plates have notches that the switches slot into. The non-notched earlier version of the key plate have been removed from the repo. The notched key plate should be printed with the pretty side toward the print bed, so there is a right hand & left hand versions of the file.
There are two variants for the OLED covers due to the two types of OLEDs that can be used.
The backplate, and the OLED plates are symmetrical, so there is only 1 file of each. They should be mirrored before printing to keep the surface finish consistent.
Using ‘helper discs’ on the corners helps with corner curling. You may not need them, but I recommend them.
The plate-hiding-cover has adhesion helpers in the printable file. (Highlighted in blue). Remove them in the slicer if you don't want to use them.
