This is a spool holder that will turn any storage tub into a multi-spool drybox. Inspired by the Prusa Lack Enclosure v2 spool holders and designed to work with VincentGroenhuis' Integrated Auto-Rewind Spool Holder (so you can ditch the filament buffer). The provided STLs are sized for an EZY brand 50L waterproof storage box, but since not every storage tub is the same size, the SCAD files have been uploaded to allow you to customize the holder to your needs. When rendering in OpenSCAD the console will output the distance in mm between each pillar so you can make sure it's wide enough to fit your spools.
The mounting holes are sized for M6 socket cap bolts and there's a space under each mounting hole for a ¾ inch garden hose gasket to help make the box airtight. But again, these values can be changed with the attached scad file.
Finally, there is a second scad file for splitting the holder into three individual parts so that it can fit on your print bed. To use, just open up the file for the splitter, update the length, width, and import_file variables, and then change the part variable to tell it which part you want to split off (part 1, 2, or 3). Then render, export to STL, and repeat for the other two parts.
To complete the spool holder you will need:
Integrated Auto-Rewind Spool Holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3781815 You will need to use the scad file to adjust the length of the rewinders so they fit.
Axel rods from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3834774 You will have to modify the length to match the axel length that OpenSCAD tells you when you update the design.
Update 1: I found some errors in the scad file to split the holder into printable parts and have uploaded a new version. It requires you to enter in the total_length and total_width variables from SpoolHolder.scad as well as point it to the STL generated from that file.
