Remixed the original leaf into one that is easier to print, using "Make Solid" to fill-in the hollow veins.

I had serious problems printing the original leaf in PETG, especially at speed.
See cover photo (both leaves printed with same filament and slicer settings):
- Left side: Original leaf
- Right side: This remixed leaf
When printing the hollow veins in the original model, the print passed through layers where the printer was trying to build multiple small thin leaning “towers”. When printing in PETG and at speed, these small towers tended to bend while printing, under tension from nozzle pulling the filament thread. That bending resulted in artifacts and failed prints, which you can see in that cover photo. [I also think of leaves with holes in them as dead, diseased or bug-eaten. I much prefer the realism of a healthy solid leaf.]
Using the Make Solid feature in Meshmixer, I closed those veins and transformed the model into a single solid leaf. The resulting leaf still shows clear veins both front and back, but is easily printed at 130mm/s, using a raft and supports.*
(*e.g. Normal supports on BedPlate only, using 48deg as Support Overhead Angle.)
Five leaves print in less than 3hrs, in PETG, with a 0.6mm nozzle, at 0.2mm layer height, 0.6mm line width, 3 walls, infill n/a, using a raft.
